You need WinRAR to open .rar files on Windows. It's free and takes 30 seconds to install.

Install WinRAR
Run the installer you just downloaded. Click "Install" and let it finish. You don't need to change any settings.

Open Your File
Double-click the .rar file you downloaded from me. It will open in WinRAR and show you all the files inside.
Now just double-click any file inside to open it. That's it!
Still stuck? Make sure WinRAR is installed correctly. If double-clicking the .rar file doesn't work, right-click it and choose "Open with WinRAR".
