You know, I still remember back when I started bodybuilding at 14 years of age, and to be quite honest with you...
... The ONLY thing that has changed in those 10+ years was the AMOUNT of bullsh*t, even though it has been 10+ years — all the drama, all the lies, all of the overcomplicated methods, it's still the same, there is just A LOT more.
I vividly remember being lost in the so-called "science-based bodybuilding" hell, going from random ass blog posts I found on Google to terribly annoying YouTube experts back, and forth, back, and forth.
To be honest, I would love to do nothing more than to just lie, and tell you how I "developed" these exercises, but NO. I tested incomprehensible amounts of routines and exercises to find out what actually works, and what's made just to confuse you, or sell you a lie.
